Terms of Use

Welcome to popcraft. By accessing or using popcraft.ai and related services (including the popcraft Chrome Extension), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Account Registration

To use certain features of popcraft, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Use of Service

popcraft provides AI-powered content creation tools including:

  • Image generation and editing
  • Video generation (including product videos)
  • Audio generation (text-to-speech, sound effects, music)
  • AI Agent video production pipeline
  • Avatar creation
  • Chrome Extension for e-commerce product data extraction

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our AI models
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service beyond the provided APIs
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Circumvent usage limits, credits, or subscription restrictions
  • Use the service to generate deceptive deepfakes or misleading content

4. Credits and Billing

popcraft uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate content. Subscription plans provide monthly credit allowances. Additional credits can be purchased as top-ups.

  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used
  • Unused credits from subscription plans may expire as specified in your plan terms
  • Subscription billing is handled by Stripe and recurs automatically
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the settings page or Stripe portal

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using popcraft, subject to any applicable AI model licenses. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Our Service

popcraft, its logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

6. Chrome Extension

The popcraft Chrome Extension extracts publicly visible product information from e-commerce pages to facilitate video creation. By using the extension, you agree that:

  • You have the right to use the product data you extract for video creation
  • The extension only operates on pages you actively visit and interact with
  • Product data is sent to our servers only when you explicitly trigger it
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of extracted product data

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI models is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the suitability of any content you publish or distribute.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, popcraft and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
