Never. Credits you purchase through top-up packs stay in your account indefinitely and survive subscription cancellation. Buy packs once, keep them forever, and use them across any plan or even with no plan at all.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated bonus credits. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period so you keep the benefits you've already paid for. If you cancel entirely, your subscription credits reset at cycle end but your top-up pack credits remain.

You can purchase top-up credit packs at any time without changing your plan. Pack credits never expire and remain usable even if you cancel. Pro and Max subscribers also get 10% off credit top-up packs. Or, upgrade to the next tier for more monthly credits plus the Seedance free-gen and Unlimited Access perks.

Yes. On top of your monthly subscription credits, you can purchase credit packs anytime for extra capacity. Pack credits never expire and stay in your account even if you change plans. Pack sizes: Tiny $4.99 → 500 credits, Small $9.99 → 1,100 credits (+10% bonus), Medium $24.99 → 3,000 (+20%), Large $49.99 → 6,500 (+30%), Mega $99.99 → 13,500 (+35%).

Paid subscribers on select tiers get a fixed number of credit-free Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.0 Fast generations each cycle. Monthly billing: Pro gets 3+3 per cycle, Max gets 8+8. Annual billing: Plus unlocks 12+12 per month, Pro gets 25+25, Max gets 75+75. Starter has no free Seedance allotment at either cycle — it's the entry tier. The UI shows a counter like "3 of 3 remaining this cycle"; unused free gens don't roll over.

Unlimited Access is the group of models your plan lets you run without spending credits. Two styles appear on the plan card: (1) Fully unlimited — a green check with no chip (e.g. Nano Banana 2, Seedream 5 Lite, Kling O1 — the exact list grows by tier). Use as much as you want. (2) Quota-based unlimited — a chip like 12/mo (annual), 3+25/mo, or 8+75/mo tells you the monthly cap for that specific model (currently Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.0 Fast). Chip meanings: '12/mo (annual)' = 12 free gens per month, annual billing only (monthly plans don't get this allotment). '3+25/mo' = 3 per month on monthly billing, 25 per month on annual — if you're on annual, the number after the plus is yours. '8+75/mo' = 8 monthly, 75 annual. 'Annual' on its own means the model is only unlocked on annual billing of that tier. Unused quota does not roll over between months.

Starter ($19/mo flat) is the entry tier — 2,000 credits, all models via credits, no free Seedance. Plus ($29 sale) adds commercial license, Unlimited Access on select image models (Nano Banana 2, Seedream 5 Lite), and 4,000 credits. Pro ($79 sale) jumps to 12,000 credits, Expanded Unlimited Access (adds Nano Banana Pro + Kling O1), 3+3 free Seedance gens/cycle, and 10% off top-up packs. Max ($169 sale) tops out at 28,000 credits, Broadest Unlimited Access, 8+8 free Seedance, and 10% off packs. Annual billing unlocks dramatically more free Seedance gens on Plus/Pro/Max.

Plus, Pro, and Max plans include a full commercial license — use your outputs in client work, products, ads, or anywhere you want. Starter is for personal use only. Free plan outputs are watermarked and are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Yes. The Free plan lets you explore the platform with trial credits — no credit card required. Once you're ready, subscribe to a paid plan to unlock full access, higher concurrency, commercial licensing, and premium features like Unlimited Access and free Seedance generations.

Yes — we offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if no credits have been consumed. Contact our support team for assistance. Once credits are used we cannot process refunds because the underlying AI generation costs are already incurred.

Annual subscribers get one major perk: dramatically more free Seedance 2.0 generations. Plus annual unlocks 12+12/month (from zero on monthly). Pro annual scales to 25+25/month (~8.3x more than Pro monthly's 3+3). Max annual scales to 75+75/month (~9.4x more than Max monthly's 8+8). Plus you get price discounts of 16–52% off the listing price. Everything else (credits, concurrency, model access) stays the same — the Seedance multiplier and the savings are the two levers.

Concurrency scales with tier. Free: 1 total. Starter: 2 total. Plus: 4 total. Pro: 8 total. Max: 10 total. The per-tier total is split across independent pools (video, image, audio, avatar, agent) so running three image jobs on Pro doesn't block your video generation. Max also gets priority queue placement via 1x Dynamic Computing for the fastest processing.
