Never. Credits you purchase through top-up packs stay in your account indefinitely and survive subscription cancellation. Buy packs once, keep them forever, and use them across any plan or even with no plan at all.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated bonus credits. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period so you keep the benefits you've already paid for. If you cancel entirely, your subscription credits reset at cycle end but your top-up pack credits remain.

You can purchase top-up credit packs at any time without changing your plan. Pack credits never expire and remain usable even if you cancel. Pro and Ultimate subscribers also get 10% off credit top-up packs. Or, upgrade to the next tier for more monthly credits plus the Seedance free-gen and Unlimited Relax perks.

Yes. On top of your monthly subscription credits, you can purchase credit packs anytime for extra capacity. Pack credits never expire and stay in your account even if you change plans. Pack sizes: Tiny $4.99 → 500 credits, Small $9.99 → 1,100 credits (+10% bonus), Medium $24.99 → 3,000 (+20%), Large $49.99 → 6,500 (+30%), Mega $99.99 → 13,500 (+35%).

Paid subscribers on select tiers get a fixed number of credit-free Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.0 Fast generations each cycle. Monthly billing: Pro gets 3+3 per cycle, Ultimate gets 8+8. Annual billing: Basic unlocks 12+12 per month, Pro gets 25+25, Ultimate gets 75+75. Starter has no free Seedance allotment at either cycle — it's the entry tier. The UI shows a counter like "3 of 3 remaining this cycle"; unused free gens don't roll over.

Basic and above get unlimited credit-free generations on select low-cost models through the Relax queue. Relax generations run at standard queue priority — credit-paid jobs are fast-tracked ahead, so during peak load a Relax gen may wait a few seconds to a few minutes. The model list expands by tier: Basic gets Select (Nano Banana 2, Seedream 5 Lite), Pro adds Nano Banana Pro and Kling O1, Ultimate gets the Broadest range. Ultimate Annual also unlocks Unlimited Relax on premium video (Kling 3.0, Seedance 1.5, Veo 3.1 Fast).

Starter ($19/mo flat) is the entry tier — 2,000 credits, all models via credits, no free Seedance. Basic ($29 sale) adds commercial license, Unlimited Relax Gens (Select), and 3,500 credits. Pro ($79 sale) jumps to 9,000 credits, Expanded Unlimited Relax, 3+3 free Seedance gens/cycle, and 10% off top-up packs. Ultimate ($169 sale) tops out at 18,000 credits, Broadest Unlimited Relax, 8+8 free Seedance, 1x Dynamic Computing priority queue, and 10% off packs. Annual billing unlocks dramatically more free Seedance gens on Basic/Pro/Ultimate.

Yes — we offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if no credits have been consumed. Contact our support team for assistance. Once credits are used we cannot process refunds because the underlying AI generation costs are already incurred.

Pro annual scales to 25+25/month (~8.3x more than Pro monthly's 3+3). Ultimate annual scales to 75+75/month (~9.4x more than Ultimate monthly's 8+8). Plus you get price discounts of 16–52% off the listing price. Everything else (credits, concurrency, model access) stays the same — the Seedance multiplier and the savings are the two levers.

Concurrency scales with tier. Free: 1 total. Starter: 2 total. Basic: 4 total. Pro: 8 total. Ultimate: 10 total. The per-tier total is split across independent pools (video, image, audio, avatar, agent) so running three image jobs on Pro doesn't block your video generation. Ultimate also gets priority queue placement via 1x Dynamic Computing for the fastest processing.
