Yes — subscription credits expire. Your plan's monthly credits reset at the end of every billing cycle and do not roll over, so anything unused at the end of the month is gone. That reset is what keeps the per-credit price low. Credits you buy separately as top-up packs are a different balance and never expire — see the next question.

No — top-up pack credits never expire. They stay in your account indefinitely, carry across every billing cycle, and survive cancelling your subscription — you can even buy and spend them with no plan at all. The two balances are kept separate: your plan's monthly credits are spent first and reset at the end of the cycle, and your pack credits sit behind them, keeping their value for as long as your account is open.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated bonus credits. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period so you keep the benefits you've already paid for. If you cancel entirely, your subscription credits reset at cycle end but your top-up pack credits remain.

You can purchase top-up credit packs at any time without changing your plan. Pack credits never expire and remain usable even if you cancel. Yes. On top of your monthly subscription credits, you can purchase credit packs anytime for extra capacity. Pack credits never expire and stay in your account even if you change plans. Pack sizes: Tiny $4.99 → 500 credits, Small $9.99 → 1,100 credits (+10% bonus), Medium $24.99 → 3,000 (+20%), Large $49.99 → 6,500 (+30%), Mega $99.99 → 13,500 (+35%).

Pro and Max plans include a standing discount on Seedance-family video credits — Seedance 2.0, 2.0 Fast, 2.0 Mini and Seedance 2.5. Pro saves 40% on annual billing (20% on monthly); Max saves 60% (40% on monthly), and launch promotions on newer models can go deeper still. The discount is applied automatically when you generate — the price shown on the Generate button is what you pay. Starter and Plus generate at the standard credit rate.

Unlimited Access is the group of models your plan lets you run without spending credits. Image models with a green check on the plan card (e.g. Nano Banana 2 & Pro, Seedream 5 Lite, GPT Image 2 — the exact list grows by tier) are fully unlimited: use as much as you want. For video, Pro and Max also include Seedance 2.0 Fast & Mini at no credit cost under a daily free allowance — see 'Is Seedance 2.0 Fast & Mini generation really unlimited?' below for the details. There are no monthly free-generation quotas: free video generations are granted per day, and unused daily allowance does not carry over.

Pro and Max include Seedance 2.0 Fast & Mini video generation at no credit cost, running at full speed with your plan’s full concurrency — no relax queue, no deprioritization. The free generations follow a daily allowance that resets every day and counts whole generations (any supported length or resolution): Pro includes 2 Fast + 8 Mini free generations per day on monthly billing, or 4 Fast + 12 Mini on annual; Max includes 5 Fast + 15 Mini per day on monthly billing, or 10 Fast + 20 Mini on annual. Once the day's allowance is used, generation simply continues with credits at your plan's discounted Seedance rate, and the free allowance is back the next day.

No. Every Seedance 2.0 Fast or Mini generation counts as exactly one from your daily allowance, whatever you're making. All supported workflows — text-to-video, image-to-video, first/last-frame, and reference-based generation — are included, and a 5-second clip counts the same as a 10-second one at any supported resolution. The allowance is tied to the model, nothing else. And if a generation fails, the slot is automatically returned to your allowance.

Plus ($29 sale) adds a commercial license, Unlimited Access on select image models (Nano Banana 2 & Pro, Seedream 5 Lite, GPT Image 2), and 4,000 credits. Every paid plan — Starter, Plus, Pro and Max — includes a full commercial license: use your outputs in client work, products, ads, or anywhere you want. Watermark-free downloads and the commercial license go together, so any plan without a watermark carries the license. Free plan outputs are watermarked and are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Yes. The Free plan lets you explore the platform with trial credits — no credit card required. Once you are ready, subscribe to a paid plan to unlock full access, higher concurrency, commercial licensing, and premium features like Unlimited image generation and the Seedance credit discounts.

Yes — we offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if no credits have been consumed. Contact our support team for assistance. Once credits are used we cannot process refunds because the underlying AI generation costs are already incurred.

Annual subscribers get two levers: deeper Seedance credit discounts (Pro −40% vs −20% on monthly; Max −60% vs −40%) and 23–52% off the listing price. Everything else (credits, concurrency, model access) stays the same.

Concurrency scales with tier and is per pool — video, image, audio, avatar, and agent each have their own independent limit. Free: 1 per pool. Starter: 2. Plus: 4. Pro: 8. Max: 10. Because pools are independent, image jobs never block your video generations: on Pro you can run up to 8 video generations and 8 image generations at the same time.
