Turn one product photo into a UGC ad, no camera, no studio
This guide shows how to turn one product photo into a UGC video ad with AI in Popcraft Studio. You don't need a camera, a studio or an editor: everything happens in a single browser tab. It's episode one of Popcraft in a Minute, where we take a serum bottle and build a scroll-stopping product ad from it.

How format, hook and background stack into one brief.
Where to swap the presenter for a face of your own.
What to set before you generate, and what you can leave alone.
What you need to make an AI UGC ad
One clear photo of your product (a plain background works best).
A Popcraft account.
How to make a UGC ad from a product photo, step by step
Add your product photo. Open Studio, start a new project and upload the photo. Studio turns it into a product it can shoot again and again.
Pick a format. The format sets the style of the ad.
Pick a hook. The hook shapes the opening seconds, the part that stops the scroll.
Pick a background. Choose where the ad takes place.
Pick a presenter. Choose an avatar, or upload your own face.
Set the prompt, aspect ratio and length. Anything you don't need to change can stay as it is.
Press Generate. Generation keeps running even if you close the tab.

Tips for a better UGC ad
Use a clean, well-lit product photo on a plain background.
Spend time on the hook: the first seconds decide whether people keep watching.
Try more than one format and hook. Studio can shoot the same product again with a different brief.
